SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Free shipping within the United States on all orders
All free ship orders will be sent by media mail rate through the United States Postal Service. We do not charge for packing materials or handling.
International Shipping Charges:
Canadian orders are automatically charged $35.00 for shipping. In the event that shipping costs total less than that amount, you will be refunded the difference through PayPal.
All overseas orders are charged $50 at checkout, which is the standard fee for flat-rate International Priority Mail through the USPS.
Time to Ship:
Orders are filled and shipped on Mondays and Fridays. The length of time a package takes to be delivered varies with the destination (within the US) and service used (for overseas orders). Within the US, we use the media mail rate in order to offer free shipping to our customers. Media mail does take longer than first class or priority to be delivered, but gets there in the end!
USPS – Tracking number is automatically emailed; if for some reason you do not receive an email with tracking information within 3 days of placing your order and want to track your package, you are welcome to email us for that information.
USPS International – Tracking number is automatically emailed (note: Customer must follow up with customs or their local post office once a shipment enters their country, if necessary – see below)
Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in the destination country. All applicable duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
You may return the item(s) purchased within 30 days after delivery of your order, for a full refund or exchange. We will refund your shipping costs to return the item to us if it is shipped via the most economical method and if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We will not accept returns of the following: (a) any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery; or (b) any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
